Believing in love is paramount bcoz our creator loved us so much to give us his only son. If it's that, to answer the question, I believe we all have a different view, we all ain't the same, different ways of thinking, different ways of reacting to things, different environmental backgrounds, different ways in which we were brought up. As a person I used to believe in it, but it backfired, maybe it's not meant for me though. I might not "believe in" love, But I do believe there is "Love", and for anybody who chooses that, it's a good thing...I'm really happy for you☺��☺. Anyways, I believe it's inhuman not to believe in love. To insist you don't believe in love is to refuse to engage. Love makes the world go round. In one way or the other, we've experienced love(even love in sharing the air we breathe..lol,just kidding). Love is essential, yes it exist and to believe in it is a form of acknowledgement to oneself. Whether it's agape love, self love, love between spouses (eros) or friends , family love etc. The essential qualities of love is what makes it LOVE.

For you not to believe in love is to give a transparent view of emptiness.
It doesn't matter if you have been heartbroken, betrayed or shattered. Except you are an island, you shouldn't believe in love.
The poem is more of the love between friends/lover by words. Irrespective of the type, love is vital. To believe in love is rekindle a joyful fame. Only the brave acknowledge they believe in love notwithstanding the downfalls they've had in romantic relationships.
